Supporting parents to build a secure emotional connection with your child while understanding how your early experiences shape your parenting. This work focuses on your emotions, daily challenges, and personal history.

Meet Ariane Peres

Ariane is a Clinical Psychologist with a Master’s degree in Perinatal Psychology who is is passionate about creating a safe, open, and compassionate space where parents feel truly seen, heard, and supported.

Ariane integrates evidence-based therapeutic approaches including EMDR therapy, Attachment-Focused therapy, and Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT) to support clients in understanding and processing their experiences with greater clarity and compassion.
