Share and Care Psychology is a private practice that offers ​face-to-face and online psychological therapy to clients.​ Ariane is a clinical psychologist and director of Share and Care Psychology.
As an experienced overseas psychologist, Ariane completed a Master of Perinatal and Child Psychology and Psychopathology in Spain and has worked with adults and families from different backgrounds to help them navigate challenges and find strategies to live a more fulfilling life.
Ariane has been practicing for many years and has been working in different mental health settings, including community mental health, hospitals and private practice.​Life is full of challenges and sometimes it is difficult to manage them without support.
Our goal in Share and Care Psychology is to help you identify, process and deal with your emotions in a healthy productive way.
What I do
Ariane ensures clients to feel welcomed to share their feelings and concerns, by providing them with a warm-hearted environment, and approaching every issue from a caring and respectful way. Ariane's area of expertise includes, but is not limited to perinatal problems (such as antenatal and postnatal anxiety and depression), parenthood, anxiety, depression, low self-esteem, trauma, post-traumatic stress disorder (PTSD), attention deficit hyperactivity disorder (ADHD), and attachment disorders.

​Ariane delivers psychotherapy in English and Portuguese and applies evidence-based techniques most suited to each individual and a range of therapeutic approaches including Cognitive Behaviour Therapy (CBT), Attachment Based Therapy, Eye Movement Desensitisation and Reprocessing (EMDR) and Schema Therapy.
